EXTRUSION HEADS
The component of the line called extrusion head is
responsible to form or providing the form of the extrudate.
The extrusion consists in passing a thermoplastic material
under the action of the pressure through a hole with a
more or less complex and continuous form, so that the
material acquires a cross section equal to that of the hole.

stranders / bunchers
To wire, assemble and assemble on coils up to 630mm and

drawing machines
Rod breakdown machine formed by a stabilized and
electrowelded steel structure. Steel shafts and ceramic or
tungsten carbide capstan. The last drawing capstan is water
cooled. Compact machine with heat exchanger and
integrated pump.
